We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel was conveniently located downtown and right off the highway, making it easy for us to get around this city. We were pleased to find that there were two grocery stores in the area, providing us with convenient options for any necessities we needed. Additionally, the cleanliness of the rooms exceeded our expectations, and the hotel facilities, including the indoor pool, were well-maintained. We were also delighted to discover that parking was convenient and that transportation options were easily accessible.
Couldn't fault.

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, offering assistance whenever we needed it. The location of the hotel was convenient, with grocery stores, a bowling alley, and restaurants within walking distance. We also appreciated the fact that there were some attractions nearby, such as museums and shopping malls. The room was clean and tidy, and we found the free continental breakfast to be a great start to our day.
All in all, our stay at this hotel was really enjoyable.

This hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail throughout. The location is ideal, with a fine Indian restaurant just down the street, perfect for a delicious meal after a day of exploring. The hotel is also conveniently located close to the arena, making it a great choice for sports enthusiasts. For those looking for outdoor activities, there is even a disc golf course nearby. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service, ensuring that guests' needs are met. The rooms are well-equipped with basic amenities, and the option of having a jacuzzi in some of the rooms adds a touch of luxury. The comfortable beds, along with the small desk and pull-out couch, provide ample space for relaxation and work. Plus, the fact that breakfast is included is a definite bonus.
Everything was fine.

The room was neat and clean and relatively quiet.
The complimentary breakfast was poor. No instructions on the waffle maker. Toast, bagels and muffins were really all that was offered.

I didn't like anything about this hotel except the staff.
This hotel would benefit from a clean-up and a renovation. Gardens outside were messy; there were dirty garbage can overflowing with papers and pop cans at the side door. All the windows were filthy, both those in our room, those in the reception area and at the side entrance. There is absolutely no attention to detail. The tv cabinet in our room was missing a drawer - surely easy to fix. The drapes in our room didn't fit properly and the sheer curtains were soiled. The air conditioner was ancient. The bathroom light fixture was missing a bulb. The raised breakfast area on the main floor is dark and uninviting with a poor selection of food for the "free" breakfast. On the main level of the restaurant, the menu breakfast was great but it wasn't the fabulous new creative food advertised outside. However, the staff was friendly and helpful - they deserve better surroundings in which to work.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the Brantford area and had a pleasant experience. First, I was impressed with the value for money - the prices were reasonable considering the amenities provided. Secondly, the location of the hotel was ideal, as it was conveniently situated right off the highway, making it easy to access the nearby restaurants and explore the area. Lastly, the staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that my needs were met throughout my stay.
All aspects of my stay at this hotel were satisfactory.

The rate was reasonable and the staffs were friendly.
The bathroom was not as clean. The bathtub is getting old and stain. There was only one chair in a room that has two queen beds. The breakfast serving time was not early enough for our purposes. The swimmers have to be at the pool at 6:30 a.m., and breakfast is not serving until 7 a.m.

Beds were comfortable, some newer amenities
Party came in at 1:30 in the morning, slamming doors, fooling around in the halls, laughing hysterically, and in the rooms adjacent - seemed like no soundproofing at all - and generally having no respect for those sleeping - we had to get up at 5:30 for a horse show so was very disappointed to be woken and kept awake during the night. Vacuuming was not thorough at all, room had bits of paper, dust etc along most of the edges and someone's sunflower seed stuck in the refrigerator handle. If I could see these things, how could housekeeping not???

The restaurant staff went above and beyond. The check in lady was not a happy person. We got into our room and it looked like some spilled pop or something all over the bathroom, I called and asked her if someone could clean it, she said there was no staff so I asked for a cloth so I could clean it myself, she said she would contact the manager, they called the housekeeping lady back at 10:30pm to clean the bathroom, she was very friendly but I didn't expact they would do that instead of doing it themselves an hour before. The restaurant staff was wonderful again in the moring for breakfast.
Attitude by front desk.
